What is a High Quality Photo Print?

Alexander has over the years found that his digital images transfers best on to matt photographic paper. We collaborate with a professional Swedish photolab for printing the high quality photo prints.

What sizes do the prints come in?

The prints comes in two sizes. Either 30x30 cm ( 11 13⁄16 x 11 13⁄16 in) or 50x50 cm ( 19 11⁄16 x 19 11⁄16 in). The prints are surrounded by a white border so the actual print size is a little smaller than the size stated.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe, two of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

What is your exchange / return policy?

We want to have happy customers, if however you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us straight away to let us know. We will be happy to refund your purchase if your order is sent back in perfect condition within 2 weeks after you recieved it. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Packages are rarely damaged but in the event that it happens, send us pictures of the damages within 5 business days of recieving the package and we will see what we can do. We are not responsible for the packages being damaged or lost in transit but we always try our best to find a suitable solution. Note: It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging on delivery before signing for it. Any obvious structural damage to the tubes/packages must be brought to the attention of the postal delivery service before opening.

Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

We will send your purchase between 2-5 business days after recieving the payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). International shipping times can vary depending on the postal services and customs of your country. Delivery usually takes about 1 week within Sweden, 1-3 weeks Europe and 2-4 weeks to the rest of the world but it can also vary a lot depending on your location and customs.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost for Prints within Sweden is 8.5 USD and for the rest of the world 21 USD. No matter how many prints that you buy you only pay for one shipping cost. The cards, calendar and books however you will have to pay an added shipping cost for if you combine them with the prints. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any additional custom fees and taxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship Worldwide. All packages are sent by First Class (Priority) Airmail from Sweden.
